Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Omnizoom GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on myfitech.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They allow the site to recognise your browser on your next visit, to keep a shopping cart together, or to keep you logged in. Similar technologies exist alongside cookies — local storage, session storage, pixels and tags — and this policy covers them as well.
2. The legal basis in Germany
Under § 25(1) of the German Act on Data Protection in Telecommunications and Digital Services (TDDDG, formerly the TTDSG), storing information on your terminal equipment or accessing information already stored there requires your prior consent, unless the storage or access is strictly necessary for the provider to deliver a digital service you have expressly requested.
§ 25(2) TDDDG exempts exactly that case — strictly necessary cookies. Where personal data is processed, the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO/GDPR) applies in addition, with these legal bases:
- Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO — processing necessary to perform a contract or take pre-contractual steps (for example keeping your shopping cart working)
- Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO — our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the website
- Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO — your consent, where consent is required
3. What this website actually uses
We keep this section short on purpose. At the time of writing, this website sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, Hotjar, TikTok or comparable tracking services. The only cookies set are those required to run the shop securely and to keep a shopping cart working.
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

3.2 Statistics and analytics
None. We do not measure visitor behaviour with third-party analytics and we do not create usage profiles.
3.3 Marketing and advertising
None. We do not use advertising, retargeting or social-media pixels.
3.4 Third-party services that may set cookies
The following only come into play when you actively use them:
- PayPal (PayPal Europe S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.) — when you select PayPal at checkout, PayPal sets its own cookies to process the payment and to prevent fraud. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (performance of the contract). We have no control over the cookies PayPal sets; please see PayPal’s own cookie notice.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.) — operates the network in front of this website and sets the
__cf_bmcookie listed above. - Contact widget — the floating contact buttons on our pages only link out to a messenger service. No tracking cookie is set by the widget itself; once you open an external service such as WhatsApp, that provider’s own privacy and cookie terms apply.
4. Consent and how to withdraw it
Because the only cookies we currently set are strictly necessary within the meaning of § 25(2) TDDDG, no consent banner is shown. Should we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, we will ask for your consent before any such cookie is set, and we will list it in this policy.
Where consent is given, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) DSGVO). Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it, and it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interest under Art. 21 DSGVO.
5. How to block or delete cookies
You can control cookies in your browser settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies and site data”. All common browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Opera) let you delete existing cookies, block all cookies, or block cookies from specific sites.
Please note: if you block all cookies, the shopping cart and checkout on this website will stop working, and you will not be able to log in to a customer account. These functions depend on the strictly necessary cookies listed above.
6. How long cookies are stored
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for the duration stated in the table in section 3.1, after which they expire automatically or are overwritten. We do not keep cookies longer than necessary for the purpose described.
7. Your rights
Under the DSGVO you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21). You may also withdraw any consent you have given at any time (Art. 7(3)). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@omni-zoom.com.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO), in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is:
